We use fresh Indiana-sourced pork and season it with our special blend of spices, and then we grind in fresh jalapeno and mix in chunks of sharp white cheddar. Encased in natural hog casing. Don't worry, it is not hot and spicy, but it does have a great jalapeno flavor and is nice and cheesy!
